I think in the right relationship I'd be willing to try having an extremely greedy feedee deprive me of my food consistently so she has more to help her grow bigger as I get skinnier so the contrast is immensely huge and any kind of facesitting or laying on top would completely trap me maybe even sitting on my chest gorging herself full as I'm starving. I think that would be a sexy but dark type of feedism relationship
